This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding purchases made through our website, including merchandise, digital products, and real estate-related services.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, Branded Goods)

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on physical merchandise under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless due to shipping error or defect)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items received in defective or incorrect condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@the53rdstate.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadable Guides, Digital Content)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

If you encounter technical difficulties accessing your digital purchase, please contact support@the53rdstate.com and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

3. Real Estate Listings (Upcoming Services)

In the event The 53rd State offers real estate-related listings or services:

  • All listing fees, advertising packages, and featured placements are non-refundable once published.

  • If a listing error occurs due to a technical or administrative issue on our end, we will either correct the error or issue a credit toward future services, at our sole discretion.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to real estate services and will be provided at the time of purchase or engagement.

4. Order Issues & Support

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is missing items, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Reach out with your order number and supporting documentation to:
